Eoin has 20+ years of software engineering and consulting experience, serving clients across the UK and Ireland.
As a senior consultant for Fortune 500 companies, he advises enterprise organisations on process optimisation, system architecture, and modemisation initiatives. His work encompasses technical strategy, implementation, and delivery oversight.
Through his enterprise transformation experience, Eoin has methodologies to address the complexity, risk management, and organisational change requirements inherent in legacy system modernisation.
